To Refund or not to Refund

Earlier today I had a toy sale for 17.00.  They paid through pay pal.  Now after I already have the item ready to be shipped, with shipping label they emailed me and asked if I could cancel the order.  Part of me says I should just refund them, but I am wondering if they want to back out now because they want to buy it cheaper from someone else.  What a pain in the arse!  What would you do?

Is it too late to cancel the label and get your postage back?

I would most likely refund, less the amount of postage if you can't cancel the label.
Easier than taking a chance on a bigger headache later.

Thanks Crabby.  I can still get a refund on the label.  Just ticks me off.   Oh well you win some you loose some.  Well, I'm gonna go get my drunk on! :party:
