Yep we survived.  I would guesstimate 9" of snow.  Just north of us got 16"    Knock on wood.  Anyhow we survived and is it beautiful





The best part is it is already shoveled and by next week it will be a memory.

I am here in Wisconsin with 14 new inches from yesterday.  My son is a couple hours south of me and he got 16 inches. It was a fierce one this time!

Those pics are totally awesome - and Alana - I agree.  That calm that follows is very serene! 

I am hopeful that it's all gone by next week - while it's pretty - another snow day is just not needed around here!

Not only are we expecting more snow...the temperatures are suppose to drop

I hear ya.....turned on the TV and they said chance of snow this morning!!! 

I think they just say that every day now to cover their back-ends.... 

We have ortho this morning and then I have a charity event tonight to attend (not thrilled...but gotta do it)!!  If it snows, that will just add a bunch of stress to my day!!!

Ummmm...... does anyone know when it will stop snowing in Northeast Ohio?
It started Monday night and hasn't stopped.
The boys had off school Tuesday, got out early today and by the way it looks they might be home tomorrow.
Yesterday Boy #3 and I used the day to film my very first video opp on my blog. If it gets approved I make $40, but half goes to the boy because he did half the work. I'm the dork in the video.
I thought I'd post it so everyone can see our snow, just picture double that now!

We finally got some snow here this week.  At least I guess that's what you call that white coating of dust out in the yard. They predicted 3 inches, but I don't hardly think we got that much...I could still see patches of dirt and grass. 

But they did cancel school for two days...four bored teenagers at home.   

Thankfully, they go back tomorrow.

If anyone was watching the primary coverage last night you saw that Ohio experienced a "wintery mix".
It's a lovely way to say crappy weather.
Last night my car was a huge ice cube. I had to chip away at the ice to get in my car and it took me for ever to get the windows clear.
Then...... my drivers side windshield wiper broke!

We had a lovely weekend (exception - the wind), and then dropped back to crapola temps.  We're to get some rain/snow tonight - and I'm so ready for it to be done.

We start softball next Tuesday night - I'll be on the field, 8:30pm for our first game.  Please 'pray' for some warmth - it's so darn cold out there in spring and fall!

Starting next week, I'll be a 'mess' - playing 4 nights....Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.  If you don't see me Thursday, you'll know it's because I can't move!!! 

Somebody tell me when I'm too old to play - K?  I obviously refuse to listen to my own mind/body/soul....
