I just saw the sun...no wait...oh well...its gone again.  Suppose to be a balmy 14 degrees here tonight...Then tomorrow it is going to actually reach above freezing.  And to think earlier this week we were in the 80's.

We are in the 70's today and tomorrow.

We have a wildfire burning right now and many people being evacuated east of the mountains in Albuquerque. It has burned 7.500 acres since last night. 

Our temps dropped too, and there is a chance of rain/snow mix on Friday. It has been in the 70's with near record temps too.
Kevin and I are neighbor states so we must be getting the same cold front.

You all did a marvelous job on the siding....I'm a weenie - we have siding, but I hired it done!   

I would 'never' complete it - goodness....I tried to just re-caulk the shower, and next thing ya know, I'm scraping grout, caulk, stripping the trim......I'm 'still' not done - cuz I keep starting a new project in there...

It does look super nice - do ya love it?  I sure do - makes the house look more 'polished'!!!

Well, shoot...they are saying that we will not get out of the low 40's today.  Whats really depressing is that only the people up by the mountains will get snow out of this current storm.  It is so dry...choke, cough, cough...every little breeze stirs up dust clouds.  I want snow...

I want snow too Kevin, but the odds of getting it down here in the South before January are slim to none.   

We're only supposed to be in the 40s today too I think, but it's bright and sunny.

Okay, I've seen a couple posts that say "we have bad weather".

I'm in Northeast Ohio, what is headed my way? The weather guys say a big storm but I never listen to them.

OK, Wisconsin about 35 miles north of Milwaukee.

We had a market this morning in Madison 85 miles away from us. It's usually about a 2 hour drive with the big truck. This early morning it was cold but dry. When the market ended at noon, it had been snowing for nearly 2 hours and the roads were awful.

It was a very slow ride home. Took close to 4 hours as much of the time we were only going 20-25 mph, on roads with 65 mph posted speed. Only 1 lane when you could even see that. Windy and blowing and now it's turning to mixed with sleet. Very ugly.

Temps are actually rising and now are close to the freezing point at 30*. We are expecting a rain/snow/sleet mix for most of the evening and there could be power outages if freezing rain bring wires down.

On radar it looks like just a bit of this storm is already in Ohio, north of Columbus. But most of the heavier part of the storm looks like it may go mostly thru Mi and be north of Ohio. But what do I know. I hope you don't get it as bad as it is here right now. We have about 5 inches on the ground already.
