Thanks for all the compliments.  I had fun with it.  I think I'll change it with the seasons.  :greenhoho:

Sue, that list looks promising!  I haven't been shoveling, but I may need some pain relief.   My mouse finger hurts.   hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical

Kevin, Joe and anyone else who has been fighting the snow battle...I got something for ya:

Thanks Wench!!! Wish I had seen it before I went out to plow, well that made matters worse by packing it down, snow blow, what a POS my FIL bought  hysterical hysterical, shovel and set my back back another week or so.  Note to self - next time it sleets about 2 inches make sure you go hold the local weatherman responsible for his error in the forecast.

Kevin, what a great idea!!! Mind if I add a few?  hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical

Pain Reliever list:
1. Vodka
2. Rum
3. Whiskey
4. Brandy
5. a few bottles of JD
6. 1 bourbon, 1 scotch and 1 beer

And this one would be my #1 but I will post it now as seperate because most people are not as fortunite as I am.

Bar Keep special pain reliever - Hop in the truck and drive to the WP owners house (20 minutes away). proceed to drop the plow taking all of the snow in the road and placing it directly onto Ray's driveway. There I feel much better now.  toast

Its a balmy 9 degrees here so far, however, they are saying that it will reach the upper 40s today.  I'm going to have to break out my summer shirts again!  rah rah (Just had to use that one again...)

Kevin - you look great in pink with pom-poms....no matter what anybody else says!!!  :rednose: :rednose: :wreath:

Well - it's in the teens right now - and we're supposed to get a tad bit above freezing.  That will be nice as I still need to finish sweeping the garages.

Hope everyone stays warm and comfy on this winter day!!  :greenhoho: :snoplow:

Well the kids got the day off school! :snowball:
They could have gone, it worked out well for them though. Boy #2 got some Christmas shopping done and Boy #3 is still sick and needed another day to re-coup.

Stay warm everyone!

Big Black couds hanging on the Sierras. The mountains squeeze all the moisture out the the clouds before it hits the valley, thus no rain.

We actually had some sun and a bit of warmth - thus a bit of melting!  It's 35 right now here, so that is actually decent for KS for December!!

Today is the last day of school for both mine - they are then off for 3 weeks -  :xmaseek: :snowball:

Please keep the bar stocked, as this is often the longest 'part' of my year  - having 2 teenagers, 2 parents and 1 or 2 brothers & (or maybe not) family here in my home... sniff

We have 30s (lows) and 40s (highs) for the next 5-7 days that I saw!  Good news - since my folks have AZ Blood!!  :greenhoho: :greenhoho:

Well, welll, well...it got warm enough to almost melt some snow yesterday.  The good news is it only got down in the upper teens last night!  So, today it should get up to almost 50 degrees!!!!

Maybe, just maybe, I can get the dog toys back into the house today, just so the little stinker can haul them back out again. :greenhoho:

Christmas Eve Eve is ice cold here...it got down to 0 last night and my computer room is freezing!  (It only has one small space heater in it.)   :snowball:

It is "supposed" to warm up today...Like I'll believe that!  When it gets this cold in the valley and there is no wind forecast we tend to stay cold.  sniff
So if you need me I'll be huddled up against my coffee cup...keeping warm.
