Ebay New Powersellers Unpaid Item Protection Program

This week eBay made changes to the PowerSellers' Unpaid Item Protection Program. PowerSellers now have more protection when shoppers don't pay up. Under the new pilot program, sellers are refunded their Final Value Fees (define) when they close an Unpaid Item dispute, and they also receive an insertion fee credit if they relist and sell the item the second time. To be eligible, sellers must meet certain listing-style requirements, charge reasonable shipping fees and must offer PayPal. More details on the pilot program can be read on...
