FAQ Section On eCrater - How Is Yours?

So I've noticed while looking at peoples stores on eCrater that they do not have their FAQ section filled out.

It is important to lay out your policies for your customers from the beginning. Explain to them what your shipping schedule is, if you combine on shipping, how to contact you, if you have a refund policy. Get everything out to your customers so they know you are a serious seller looking for serious buyers.

Buyers will feel more confident buying from you. And that's the important thing.
