Easy fix, don't look into the sun, pain goes away, ... besides it can cause blindness.

A kids' frontal lobe is not fully developed until in his twenties. This affects there decision making skills. When ever our teen sons do something stupid instead of saying "What were you thinking?" we slap our foreheads and say "Lobotomy!"
