Since it has not already been mentioned in this thread, I would like to put in a good word for www.revolutionmoneyexchange.com.

This online payment method has worked very well for me.  They will deposit $25. into your new account to get you started; and for every referral you send them that results in another account, they will deposit $10. into your account.  And there are NO fees for sending or receiving money through RME!  All accounts are handled through First Bank and Trust, Brookings, SD and are FDIC insured.  This offer is good only until March 31, 2008.  Try it out! Hiya Penny!  Ya know I'm there and enjoy the fee-free transactions!  I've successfully paid folks, received money, withdrawn, etc.  All systems worked well for me!!
