Once you've decided to go with a Zen Shopping Cart, your next major decision is where to host it. Zen doesn't always 'play well with others' and if the site isn't set up correctly, you'll be in for a ton of headaches.
This is a list of Zen Cart Hosts I have personal experience with:
Camelot-Hosting - This is my current host on all three sites. Fantastic customer service.
HostGator - I recently signed up with them to park several of my domain names. I installed a Zen Cart and everything worked out great, so I'm adding them to the list.
Tulip Hosting - Several members here use Tulip. Their Zen Carts come with several mods already installed. From what I've seen and heard, their customer service is excellent. Please note: To get your Zen Cart installed, you will need contact
Regic or
BBH on the
Tulip Tools forum directly.
The Zen Developers have a list of certified Zen Cart Hosts here:

I know GoDaddy and Network Solutions don't play well with Zen Carts. Lots of conflicts with their setup.
I always tend to go with Zen certified hosts since they always do the cart installation for you. Makes things a lot easier!
Just a FYI based on my experience: Don't register your domain the same place you use for hosting, UNLESS they have it set up to allow you complete and independent control of your domain. If you ever decide to move your website, it can be a nightmare trying to get your domain name switched.
We'll add to this list as we go along. If anyone here has experience with other hosting services, please let us know!
