Problem with Wide Screen Monitors over reg size monitors

With wide screen monitors because of the differnce in pixtal size of the monitors "wider then higher" When you widen the work space on a wide screen monitor the banner lines up with the boxes on the left side but the boxes on the right do not line up.  You must restrick the work space to the size of the banner to line every thing up. What looks god on a reg size monitor does not on a wide screen. I see it on Deb's graphics site and my own new site.

Deb I forgot where is it you can adjus the work space width?
