I have looked everywhere and I can't figure this out and was hoping that you would know the answer for me.

When I am testing as a customer, while I'm in the shopping cart; on the top of the screen I see this message:

Your Shopping Cart Contents
You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)

Could you tell me how I get rid of (You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)?  I went into my core to that area and I do not see that information to delete.

Thank You,
Debi

Hey Debi....are you actually going into your core files thru a Cpanel or FTP program?
That's where you need to go to change this bit of code.

Once you get into the includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php file, on or around line #13 you will find the text that needs to be changed.

Just make sure you remove the text within those ' marks and leave both the first and last ' there.

Here is a screenshot of the file and where the text is located:  http://thecrabbyhost.com/images/shoppingcart.jpg
As long as you only remove or change the stuff between those two orange marks and leave everything else, you'll be fine.

Hey Girlfriend!

What a lifesaver!  I was in my Core but I sure couldn't find that.  Let me go back in there and see what I missed.

Thanks a million,
Debi

That is the place I was at but I had changed it and nothing happened so I must look around in another file.

Here is my screenshot:

Back to see what is going on with this.

Debi,

Look and see if an override file was created.
It may be under includes/languages/english/YOUR_TEMPLATE/shopping_cart.php

 :clap BINGO!  :clap

That is where it was!  Plus my file was on view and not edit so my edit wasn't being saved.

Ahhhhhhhh, so simple it was!  Now on to the other one.

Thanks so much, you did it,
Debi
