Hello Marci.

We are sorry you seem to feel this way.

However I would like to point out that you do in fact have an account with us, makeslifeeasy is your username.

We deactivated, not deleted, your store after the recent events in your personal life, as we felt it would be extra uneeded pressure on yourself, and you could therefore simply reactivate your store as and when you was ready to start selling again.

This was done after you ended all your items as you did state to us you was going to be away for about a month.
