Thanks for the Welcome. I foolishly looked at my work emails today and got sucked into a customer service email on a weekend that I can do nothing for them so now they are PO'd. I love my business but it is 24/7. Okay, enough complaining.
I sell stuff on-line for exotic birds with my husband and partner Mitch. Started out doing bird shows, then went on-line, then opened a store, then the place burned down, then we moved into a warehouse and now sell almost exclusively on-line. No more bird shows. No retail. Okay, a rare few walk ins but we are in an industrial zone which is not a retail area. In 2 months we are moving to a new space 3 times the size we have now and we will likely bring back a retail presence again too.
After my cranky customer this morning I Googled "ecommerce sellers forum" and this one popped right up. Okay, I LOVE Google. I am off to read other posts and see what all you fine folk have to say.
