Yes I have been building a new websites as always but what makes this one so different with the same product as my main selling site? Take a look www.nybwholesale.com and see if you can see what has been done differently and what advantages this site has over my main one www.nybikergear.com

Thank you Deb for all the design work that you did on this new site, it has really paid off as you know. What I would like to do in this thread is teach the difference of this site over my main one. Ask questions at will. Please note this site has sales already and with very little SEO done on it other then the way the site is designed, oh yes this site is loaded with SEO built right in.

OK - I took a quick looksie!  And - we all know ... I am an admitted numpty.  So - here's some 'observations' - as a buyer prolly more than a seller:

1. Your new site - right from my first view - says I'm getting wholesale pricing and 50% off.

2. Great brand names are 'in my face' before I have to scroll (same as your other site - but more pronounced in your new site).

3.  The new site is a bit more pleasing on my eyes - esp. in the header area - upper section.

4.  When I look at your old site, as a shopper - showing the discounts doesn't do much (cuz I like big discounts).

5.  Evening is not prime think time for me - so I'll stop by again tomorrow AM to see what else 'hits me'!!   

By the way - very nicely done!!  Love the lay-out, love the colors and love the items!  My biking days are long over, but I do have some of my softball players that still ride!  We know where I'll send them -  !!!

Correct but having "wholesale in the domain name screams discounts right away.

Again the wholesale in the domain name gives the discount feel to the shopper. By the way did you happen to notice most prices are the same price at either site?

I was a 'biker-babe' about 25 years ago.  I road on the back of a harley and well.....let's just say - I learned a ton about life -  !!!

I do not own any tatoos tho - that is what differentiated me from all my friends back then!!
