It looks very nice so far - I love all the graphics....way too darn cute!! Just some 'quick' thoughts as a pet-owner/lover....
Thanks Erin! So far the only thing we have tweaked is the graphics and the colors, so I'm hoping we did that part right. I was trying to make it a Happy Place.
I believe the bottom 2 suppliers are for fish and reptilian items. You may want to consider adding a snake, reptilian or non-furry critters category!
Actually Harold does have those categories, but nothing listed in them right now so they don't show up.
On first glance, I wasn't sure what was different about Garden Tools - Bird Feeders and the next category. On final glance....I still don't think I 'get it' - but ... you must consider the source - eh?
I'll be honest I didn't get that one either. Joe and I will be going over all the categories and combining/adding as needed. Right now they are still setup like Harold & Martha had them.
Realizing it's a WIP (work in progress), and not knowing how many items/products are available, do you intend to separate out the pet 'food' vs. the pet 'items'? So - a category for Dog Supplies and then another for Dog Treats or Snacks or Yummies or whatever it should be called. Make sense?
Those categories are actually already in place...just nothing listed yet. We will be trimming the categories down ALOT. Buyers tend to leave when there are too many categories. It's overwhelming and looks like 'too much work' to sift thru them all, so it's best to combine where possible...especially if you only have very few items in each category. So those will be getting a major overhaul and tweaking, but we will be breaking it down in subcategories like Dog Food/Treats, etc.
Pet Guides - very nice! Do you want some topics? I can think of a few.....
