I wanted to post a list of those who have sent a donation to Martha and I. I hope I do not leave anyone out. If leave anyone out please forgive me. Because of your donations, we have been able to pay for some of her medications. Far beyond money have been the words if encouragement. The PMs and personal mailings to Martha have been the best therapy we could have received.

We just got back from "The Wizard". I think Martha is doing better but she doesn't think so. She is still not sleeping or eating much and has lost weight. Having said that we did have a good lunch on the way back home. Radiation starts Monday, five days a week for six to eight weeks. Chemo. starts Wensday and every Wensday for the same time period. This is my understanding. Martha is very upset understandable so. One med has been taken off but two were added today.

I know everyone has a lot going on in their lives. Martha and I both appreciate the support she is getting. We told "The Wizard" about this forum and how kind everyone is being. She wants me to send her the address so she can read it. Her name is Doctor Dedmond. We were lucky to be directed to her. Her ability to listen and answer all our questions is just wonderfull. Her skills as a surgeon are top notched. Dr. Dedmond if you are reading this we love you!!

If I'm quiet for a bit - I just tried to rip off the fingernail of my left hand - index finger (not on purpose.....)  - talk about hurt and blood... 

Anyhoo - I hate to hunt and peck and am forced to for the wrapping on the darn finger.  So - don't think I'm quiet on purpose - I just got an ouchie....

Hope you two have a great rest of day - and I love your surgeon too!!!

I could have used some big bear hugs yesterday, my furnace was acting up. It was 58 degrees in the house.
Got it fixed and my fingers are working today!

I would like to think all the people who are helping me. It means alot to me you will never know how much it cheers me up. I have had a good day today. I was able to go out and not to a Dr's. office. I didn't know you could do that. The next months to come are going to be hard. I better have my hair by the end of this. I am on so much meds. I don't know up from down. So I hope this makes since. I tryed to not take so much won't do that again. I layed on the coach unable to move just crying I hurt so bad. So I would reather be dopey until the pain is gone. I do feel like I am in a nightmare and I will wake up but I guess that is to much to ask for. I am trying to be positive it is hard but I am. Liz the book helps.  Just keep me in your prayers and hope that I get well. I would like to see my grandkids grow up and my daughter married. And I want to grow old with Harold he could not make it without me.

Martha - so glad you got to go out and about today!  We are all pulling for ya and here's my big  for you!  You got a great guy there and both of you are in my heart and my prayers!!
