Hey there Harold!  So glad that Martha found something to eat that actually was 'appealing'.  I wish you both super goodness for the trip today to see the wizard.  You should have been sleeping instead of here reading....  Joe Joe

Hugs and Prayers to you both!  I'll reach out and give a call tomorrow - as I know today is super long for you all.  PM me if I need to reach out earlier - I've got a 'free day'....as free as it get's  --  eh?

Harold - so sorry I missed my 'ruby' opportunity!  I gotta get the boys in 10 mins. and we've got an appnt. or 2....If I can get them 'distracted' tonight, I'll try to call!  If it doesn't work out, tell Martha I'll give her a shout tomorrow.

Whomever said raising children was fun has a very different sense of humor than I.

I did see the funniest, cutest sign today - and stood in the aisle of the store and LoL:

We had to get rid of the kids; the cat was allergic....

Enjoy your children while you can. When they grow up, so called, and move out on their own the house gets lonely.

Except on Sundays, Saturdays, most evenings, birthdays, holidays, baby sitting, pet sitting, days they feel bad, days they feel good, OH!! nevermind.

The slippers are under the bed. Anytime would be fine.

Martha,
Follow the yellow brick road. At the end of it is sunshine and lollipops

Harold, you mean the kids actually do leave home???
Wow I didn't realize that
My soon to be 24 yo is still here.

Sometimes they leave but they never go away. Which is not a bad thing.

In the middle of two teen-agers, I'm not 'feeling the need' for them to stay beyond 18....

(did I just say that outloud)?  troll troll troll

I am still chuckling over that sign I saw.  It was too darn funny - as the timing was perfect!  We had a huge blow-up this morning....guess what over - an undershirt!!!!  :ermm:

With 3 males in this house, all wearing white undershirts every day, how many do you think we have?  Plus there is 'me' - I have at least 30 white shirts from winning softball tourneys, leagues, etc.

So....fighting over a white t-shirt on a Tuesday was not a good way to start our day!!

Harold - tell Miss Martha I'll call her tomorrow!  We still got some mini verbal wars going on relative to who started the white t-shirt war of 2008 (this morning)!!

Once again thank you Erin for calling Martha. She said the two of you talked for about an hour or so today. It sounds like she shared a lot with you today. Tonight is a typical day after chemo night. Looking down the tunnel I think I see a little light flickering.

I also want to once again thank everyone for supporting her.
