Martha, Harold and Beth (ladyrock) - super happy for all of you!  I've been very, very distracted with stuff here - but am so excited that Martha is done with the Chemo!

Beth - I'm also thrilled for where you are with your treatments - that's just awesome for all of you.

I've not had time to 'call' Martha since last week, but will work to reach out as soon as I can!  I've been 'in a place' that is not very darn cheerful....so 'quiet' across the board.

Huge Hugs to all of you and  for sharing the certificate and news with us!!

YEA!!!
Martha has completed her, hopefully last chemo. They all apploaded giving her a certificate SEE BELOW. On the way home we stopped at Cheddars for a suprise lunch with our son. She had a baked potato and some Cole slaw. That seems to be working for her.

Her next phase starts at 5:50am tomorrow. I will be happy when this is all over. I miss my wife. I look forward to once again.
and  and and  and  and  and  and  and  and censored

That certificate is awesome Martha!
Thanks for letting us see it and I'm so glad that part of your treatment is over.
Pass along a hug for Harold for me!
And here is one for you too ladyrock!

Martha had her operation and first of five internal procedures this morning. After the operation, Her Doctor told us that all of the cancer had dissolved. There is no longer any sign of the tumor. They could see a pocket where the tumor was that will fill in with healthy tissue in time.

They are going ahead with her last regular radiation tomorrow and the other four internal radiations just in case there is any cancer cells left over. I have been pretty strong throughout this but I have to admit I had to take a few minutes to get myself together when we were told this great news.

Beth I told Martha about your post this morning, it seemed to help her, thank you very much. She is having some pain and has a little nausea.  She is looking forward to getting well and starting back in our on-line efforts. She wants to start sparing with Platzki again. Her desire is too get to the "Getting Crabby” status. So look out for her posting here again in the next couple of weeks.

Our CRABBY family has been more help to both of us than you know or maybe you do know. I want to give a hug to everyone, at least the girls; on second thought; hugs to the guys as well all of you deserve at least one from me.

Thank You Harold for the best possible news. It's been a while since i have had the time to post in this thread but I have been reading updates daily. It has amazed me to no end how online sellers, even if a small portion of them pulled together to help in this. What started out as buying me a beer has grown so much. We managed to work together to help a situation that was important to all regardless of opinions or affiliations.

Small story as this just happened. I read the post by Harold telling us of the great news and started to post this response but had to pause to get my youngest off the school bus. I walked out front to wait for the bus and I heard a large bird squawk. I looked up and wouldn't you know it, it was a bald eagle, 2 of them in fact. Now if you are confused by the significance of this just look to the left toolbar at Martha's SHS ribbon. Notice the bald eagle Flying High? Coincidence? Maybe but I have always lived by the rule everything happens for a reason. I now know Martha will be Flying High like that eagle in the near future.

Anyway I am rambling on here. Just wanted to stop into this thread and say thank you to everyone whether it was a kind word, a special thought or a donation. Thank you most of all to Martha and Harold for allowing us all into your lives!!!

Martha and Harold,

 sniff sniff sniff

I am so very happy for both of you. The power of love is manifested itself into your lives, and in ours as well.
Martha you fought hard sweetie, you stayed centered in your faith, and here you are. Whole, well, and still with much living to look forward to.
 rah rah rah rah

Thank You for taking us with you on your journey.

You are at the end of the tunnel my dear, step out into the light and dance with your hubby.

Ladyrock, all my prayers for love and light, not to mention a speedy recovery are heading your way my dear.

I am dancing a jig of GLEE!!!!!!!!  Martha and Harold.... I am so excited and happy for you!!  Much love to you both and I loved the certificate!!

Joe - I am reading books about manifestation.  Simply put, the power of our mind can manifest what you think about.  2 Bald eagles was clearly a manifestation of your joy over martha's news!  EXCELLENT!!!!  That was a very cool story!!!

Sorry to be posting so late... I have been so busy I haven't had time to even read my emails. Things should calm down a little now with the kids on spring break.

Erin - If you wanna chat about the "place you're in", feel free to PM me... I have to work today but will check in later... K?

Love you guys!!!

PS - My son has ISS (in-school suspension) today for calling his friend a douchebag in class.  This is my life.

Is there something in the air besides testosterone?

My thirteen yo has to apologize to his Boy Scout troop meeting tonight for stealing while on a trip. He is lucky the gift shop owner didn't press charges.

We are debating whether get him assessed for bipolar or maybe something else, he shows some of the signs.
