Cube Steak with Mushrooms

3-5 cube steaks (1-2 lb.)
1 can mushroom soup
Seasoned salt

Place cube steaks in baking dish 8 x 8 inch or larger. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Spread mushroom soup on top. Bake in 325 degree oven for 1-1/2 hours uncovered.

I have no idea about the calorie count or nutrition in this recipe.  I honestly didn't care.  It's fast, it's easy and my family eats it.   hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical

for sharing!!!  I love fast and easy - and this would get eaten at my home too!

I also do not track 'content' for recipes - it might scare me from trying new dishes!!

So - you never have to cover them - eh?  Very cool!!!

Nope...it's a dump everything in, stick it in the oven, go get back on the computer type of recipe.  My favorite kind.  hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical hysterical

I've added sliced potatoes in mine before too and that worked out really good.  Whole meal...one dish.

Awesome - I like the idea of adding taters!!!  I of course would also prolly have to add onions and garlic - can't seem to cook without those!!!

And...possibly some mushrooms!!

I have made that too and added tater tots, and put it in the crock pot on high for like 6 hrs. It turns the soup into gravy. Of course I throw in lots of sliced onions too.

My family doesn't like mushrooms, well my kids don't. So what I do with cube steak is brown it a little then dump a jar a spaghetti sauce on it cook for about 45 minutes then put motzarella on top for 15 minutes. Serve with pasta or mashed potatoes.

I call it Cube Steak Parmesan.
