I clicked on your Premium Store logo then the store items link and noticed your listings had expired. If you wanted to I think they can be re listed or extended. As I understand it you can log in to your account, go to "My Classifieds" go to each listing and "extend" them. I am hoping for a "sell a similar" feature to come soon.

Harold - thanks for confirming!  I did extend them all and then - just to make your day brighter...added a few new ones!  Of course, my day then went sideways as my teenagers got into a war with wars - WWW - and ... never got back to add more!

Hope you and Martha are doing well today - thanks 4 the heads up!  I now (ha-ha) know when they will expire again - I wrote it down!!    This assumes that I don't loose the paper!

Yep it will come but not until the idea of the site is realized, a marketing channel to your stores or other selling venues. It's a classifieds site with additional capabilities, everyone needs to exploit those capabilities (marketing and advertising) to succeed.


As you all may recall I have been dealing with lower back pain over the past week plus. Well the pain medicine in knocking me on my behind to say the least (6 foot 3 280 and a pill half the size of a tic tac takes me down, go figure). The past 2 days I have also been dealing with being sick, is that my lung flying across the room? Doesn't help the back pain one bit.

Deb on the other hand I have no clue. I have been in contact with her but it may be a case where she is still returning from the Chinese New Year Celebration, it's the year of the Rat in case you hadn't noticed.

In the meantime everyone enjoy your weekend and hopefully I will be back in action before it's over with!!!!

OK so last night I spent 3 hours listing.
I still have a few more shoes to go, so will try and finish up tonight.

I am starting a new job in a few weeks so I gotta get all my loose ends tied up, cuz after that I am gonna be one very busy banana.

I'll be adding more things too - either yet today/tomorrow!  I for one, will admit that I've not taken the time to 'think clearly' on the best use of the site!  I'm a slow....slow.....learner at times!!

We have a list of things we would eventually like to integrate into TTP, sell similar is one of them.  These things will require custom coding by the script's original developer, which will require time and money, so I don't foresee it happening in the immediate future.  Maybe 6 months down the road it will be possible.


Like Joe keeps stressing, it's predominately a place to market your other selling venues.  If you need a place to park stuff in between moves or for short term, it will work for that too, but it was never intended to be anyone's sole selling venue. 

The lack of a few basic features I had grown accustomed to over at eBay bothered me too at first, but I keep reminding myself that this is a Classified Ads site...like Craig's list.  It's not an actual storefront nor is it meant to be.  It is the equivalent of placing an ad in your local newspaper...only with a broader reading base.


Our main concerns at this time are making sure the site is stable (runs well) and to attract more participation with a wide variety of stuff listed. 
(OMG I think I just sounded like WP Customer Care!)
